NC30 Vegetable Protein Concrete Foaming Agent
NC30 Vegetable protein concrete foaming agent adopt imported natural plant polymer materials as main raw material, produced through a series of complex chemical reactions. The NC30 is a kind of light yellow, pure and clear oily liquid, insensitive to hard water, non-poisonous, odorlessness and non-precipitate. Its PH approach 7, non-corrosiveness for cement and metal, environment friendly. The material has an excellent foaming ability, foam stability is moderate, and it's available for long period storage, without going bad.

Features
♦ Low consumption, low cost, stable quality, etc. Widely used in floor and roof insulation projects.
♦ The concrete inner pore structure created by plant -based foaming agent is connected, so its breathability is good, but permeability is poor, which not suitable for water-resistance required projects.
♦ For the same density foam concrete, its thermal insulation properties, compressive strength are not as good as animal protein foaming agent, so it has a limited use for some special required projects.
♦ Because of the restriction of foam stability, the foam concrete thickness should be less than 200mm poured in one time, otherwise it may collapsed on surface.
NC50 Animal protein concrete foaming agent
HC50 Animal protein concrete foaming agent adopt selected animal (cattle, sheep) cornifin as main raw material, produced by a series of hydrolysis reactions, through heat dissolve, dilution, filtrating and heat shrink, etc. By using advanced equipment, latest technology, and through strict quality control , this dark brown sticky liquid agent has a low content of impurities, uniform quality, and has a good foaming performance and excellent foam stability, it is a new generation animal based concrete foaming agent.

Features
♦ Because the surface of the foam concrete created by this agent has high strength, extremely stable, and the inner pore structure is mutual independence closed, bubbles are not connected, so it has an excellent anti-permeability.
♦ For the same density foam concrete, its thermal insulation properties, compressive strength and leakproofness are better than vegetable protein foaming agent.
♦ Owing to its excellent foam stability, the thickness of the foam concrete poured in one time can reach to 1.5m without collapse, specially suitable for making foam concrete block, LCL panel, lightweight wall, etc.
♦ Due to its complicated production technique, the production cost is higher.
♦ Its foaming ability is not as good as vegetable protein agent, so it has a higher consumption.
♦ It has a mild irritating smell, which will be disappeared after production.
